Ricky Survived cancer after being misdiagnosed for nine months.

Whilst many people survive cancer, you can go one of two ways: down a darkness and depression route, or you can choose to be positive and live life to the full.

Ricky is now helping businesses all over the world reach their true potential by thinking BIGGER than ever, and transferring his business knowledge and that of the friends, business leaders and brands he has worked with for over 20 years.

He is also passionate about continuing to learn and develop himself & his team.

Ricky Served as a retained Fire Fighter for eight and a half years, whilst growing his successful business, RJDM.

This was an amazing grounding and reality check! One minute sitting at a desk or in a meeting, the next minute racing to the fire station to deal with life and death situations, or sometimes, just to save a cat!

Saving lives with fellow emergency service personnel is a humbling and incredible personal accomplishment.

Ricky’s interest in animation began before the age of 10, and by this age he had already made two short films.

Before starting university, Ricky had a number of art & video installation projects which toured Europe, along with a portrait exhibition.

Ricky Studied at Bournemouth University (NCCA) Computer Animation & Visualisation, going on to win multiple awards in animation and film.
